Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Rasayan Churna (A.Hru.) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation known for its rejuvenative and immunity-boosting properties. It is highly effective in enhancing vitality, strength, stamina, and overall health. The medicine helps in managing weakness, fatigue, aging-related issues, low immunity, and mental stress. It works by balancing all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), nourishing body tissues, and supporting longevity.
Method of Preparation :
Prepared as per Ayurvedic Hridaya guidelines using herbs such as Amalaki, Ashwagandha, Guduchi, Shatavari, and other supportive ingredients. The herbs are dried, powdered, blended, and sieved to obtain a fine churna, retaining their therapeutic properties.
Dosage :
3–5 grams, once or twice daily with lukewarm milk, honey, ghee, or as directed by the physician.
Indications :
- Weakness, fatigue, and low stamina
- Reduced immunity and frequent infections
- Stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue
- Premature aging and vitality loss
- Balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas
Side Effects :
Generally safe when taken under medical supervision. Overdose may cause mild gastric irritation, diarrhea, or nausea in sensitive individuals.
Contra Indications :
– Not suitable for children without prescription.
– Pregnant and lactating women should use only under medical advice.
– Patients with severe digestive disorders or chronic illness should consult an Ayurvedic doctor before use.
– Should be taken under supervision in case of high Pitta conditions.
