Description:
Mahanarayan Tail is a well-known Ayurvedic oil used in the treatment of arthritis, paralysis, eye diseases, and for various Ayurvedic therapies. It is beneficial both for external application and oral administration under supervision.
Uses:
- Arthritis, paralysis, tremors, facial palsy, hearing loss, deafness
- Neck rigidity, lock jaw, wasting of limbs, weakness
- Infertility, oligospermia, dental pain, headache
- Fractures, tendon tear, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis
- Anti-aging treatment, strengthens bones and joints
How to Use:
External: Used for body massage, Anuvasana Basti, Janubasti, and Nasya. For self-massage, take 3 tablespoons, apply all over body, leave for 15–30 minutes, then bathe in hot water (2–3 times a week).
Oral: 3–5 ml once or twice a day, before food with warm water or milk, under Ayurvedic supervision.
Duration:
Externally, it can be used for a long period. Internally, usually prescribed for not more than 3–4 months.
Side Effects & Precautions:
No known side effects on external application. Oral administration and therapies like Nasya should only be done under medical supervision. Keep out of reach of children.
