Dosage
It is used in Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy called Basti (rectal enema). It is also used for oral administration in a dose of 1?5 ml before food with water. Additionally, it is used for external application and massage.
It can be used up to 1?2 months based on the doctor's prescription.
Contra Indications
There are no known side effects with external application. However, oral intake and Basti treatment should be undertaken only with expert advice and guidance. Over-dosage of oral intake may result in diarrhoea. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
