How to use Ashwagandha Tail:
It is used in Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy called Basti (rectal enema). It is also used for oral administration in a dose of 1–5 ml before food with water. Additionally, it is used for external application and massage.
Duration of Use:
It can be used up to 1–2 months based on the doctor’s prescription.
Side Effects:
There are no known side effects with external application. However, oral intake and Basti treatment should be undertaken only with expert advice and guidance. Over-dosage of oral intake may result in diarrhoea. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
