Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Aarogyavardhini Ras (R.T.S.-1) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation known for its detoxifying and rejuvenating properties. It is widely used to support liver health, improve digestion, and enhance overall vitality. The formulation works by balancing Pitta and Kapha doshas, improving metabolism, and reducing ama (toxins) in the body.
Method of Preparation :
Purified minerals and herbs such as Shuddha Parad, Shuddha Gandhak, and other herbal ingredients are blended with herbal decoctions as per classical Ayurvedic texts. The mixture is processed, dried, and formed into tablets or boluses.
Dosage :
1 tablet, once or twice daily with warm water, milk, or as directed by the physician.
