1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- If there is a delay due to stock availability or other issues, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
- You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status online.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
- If the package is not accepted or remains undelivered, it may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will verify and replace/refund the item as per our return policy.
7. International Shipping
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
