Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Shatavari Root Powder (A.Bh.) is a classical Ayurvedic herbal formulation made from the roots of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). It is highly effective in supporting female reproductive health, enhancing fertility, regulating menstrual cycles, and improving lactation. Additionally, it promotes digestion, strengthens immunity, and acts as a rejuvenator. The medicine works by balancing Vata and Pitta doshas, nourishing body tissues, and enhancing overall vitality.
Method of Preparation :
Prepared as per Ayurvedic Bhavprakash guidelines by carefully cleaning, drying, and powdering Shatavari roots to obtain a fine herbal churna while retaining its natural potency.
Dosage :
3–5 grams, once or twice daily with warm milk, honey, ghee, or as directed by the physician.
