Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Ashwagandha Tablet (A.Bh.) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation prepared from the roots of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).
It is well-known as a powerful rejuvenator (Rasayana) that helps in improving strength, vitality, and overall well-being.
Ashwagandha is also valued for its adaptogenic properties, helping the body cope with stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
Method of Preparation :
The tablets are prepared using Ashwagandha root powder (churna) as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (A.Bh.) standards.
The root powder is processed, purified, and then compressed into tablet form with approved Ayurvedic excipients for easy consumption.
Dosage :
1 to 2 tablets, one to two times a day, after meals with milk or warm water, or as directed by the physician.

Side Effects :
Generally safe when taken as prescribed. Overdose may cause mild gastric irritation, loose motions, or drowsiness.
