1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and original packaging.
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Provide order details along with photos/videos as proof.
- Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days and fund will be Credited into Account into 15 Days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement/exchange instead of a refund (based on product availability).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective).
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
