Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Shatavari Tablet (A.Bh.) is a classical Ayurvedic formulation prepared from the roots of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus).
It is widely known as a women’s health tonic that supports reproductive health, balances hormones, enhances fertility, and improves lactation.
Shatavari is also a rejuvenator (Rasayana) that nourishes the body, strengthens immunity, and promotes overall vitality.
Method of Preparation :
Pure Shatavari roots are collected, dried, and powdered as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (A.Bh.) standards.
The powder is then processed and compressed into tablets for convenient use.
Dosage :
1 to 2 tablets, once or twice daily, preferably with milk or warm water, or as directed by the physician.

- Menstrual irregularities
- Improves fertility
- Supports lactation in nursing mothers
- Enhances strength and immunity
- General rejuvenation (Rasayana)
Side Effects :
Generally safe when taken in recommended dosage. Overdose may cause mild gastric irritation.
